Katharinenhof sold to new owner

The last couple of years have been extremely hard because of Covid, with business dropping by up to 90%. Also, we found no backers for our NATT (Norther Aeronautical Think-tank) in Germany, and since 2008, the German Banks are governed by new regulations which has stifled private enterprise. Therefore, the Katharinenhof was sold to a new owner in the private sector thus returning funds to the private shareholder (as no Banks were involved). However, this missed opportunity the locality, will simply be developed elsewhere.
