Goodwood Revival 8-11. September 2016
Bishop CEO was invited to exhibit his vintage aircraft at the Goodwood Revival 8-11. September 2016 – Freddie March Spirit of Aviation. This former RAF airfield today, is the race track for classic car racing which was made from the former airfield perimeter track.
Today the airfield has been retained, and hosts a Spitfire Flying academy as well as a flying club.
Peter Bishop won 2nd Place in the Freddie March Spirit of Aviation – 2016 Concours de’ legance with his 1936 Whitney Straight aircraft.
Next year will be the 10th Anniversary of the Freddie March Spirit of Aviation concours d’elegance event for historic aircraft. The organisers are planning to celebrate this landmark occasion by inviting back the aircraft that have been podium finishers over the past ten years.
Therefore, Peter Bishop will be attending for a 2nd time in September 2017.
